Step 1: Inquire for Availability
Start by filling out the event inquiry form to share your date, timing, and event details. Whether it’s a milestone birthday, graduation, or small gathering — I’ll review everything to make sure I’m the right fit and available for your celebration.
You’ll hear back from me shortly with next steps, package recommendations, and any questions I may have before we move forward.

Step 2: Confirm Coverage + Details
Once I confirm availability, I’ll send over a proposal tailored to your event needs — 1 hour, 2 hours, or more. We’ll finalize the location, start time, and timeline coverage together so nothing important is missed.
This is also where we’ll clarify any travel needs, access info, or special notes you’d like me to know in advance.

Step 3: Secure Your Date
To officially reserve your date, you’ll receive an agreement and a 50% retainer invoice. Once signed and paid, you’re locked in! You’ll then receive a confirmation email outlining everything we’ve planned, along with tips to help your event day run smoothly.

Step 4: Celebrate Your Day
I’ll arrive early with all necessary lighting equipment and start capturing the energy, connection, and little details that make your event memorable.
From group photos and decor to candid moments and crowd reactions, I’ll move through your celebration with ease and intention, so you can stay fully present.

Step 5: Gallery Delivery & Keepsakes
You’ll receive a fully edited gallery delivered within 14 days. Your gallery will include 60+ images per hour booked, ready to view, download, share, or order prints.
Need them sooner? A 2-day rush delivery is available for $250. I’m also happy to help with custom print or keepsake orders if you’d like to preserve the memories, especially.

01. What types of events do you photograph?
I cover a variety of events, including birthdays, graduations, bridal or baby showers, proposals, anniversaries, small receptions, and other intimate gatherings. If you’re not sure if your event fits, just inquire!
02. How far in advance should we inquire?
As soon as you have your date and general timeframe! I often book several weeks or months out, especially for weekend events. Early inquiries help ensure availability.
03. How do I book an event with you?
Fill out the “Inquiry form” or “Get Started” on the right corner, so I can confirm availability and details. Once we finalize the package and coverage, I’ll send a proposal with an agreement and a 50% retainer invoice. Your date is confirmed once those are completed.
04. What’s included in your event photography packages?
All packages include fully edited images (60+ per hour), online gallery delivery, light equipment (if needed), and travel within 10 miles of MD 20902. Rush delivery and additional hours are available too.
05. How many images will we receive?
You’ll receive approximately 60 fully edited images per hour booked. For a 2-hour event, you can expect 120–150 edited photos.
06. Do you offer sneak peeks?
I don’t offer sneak peeks by default, as I want to ensure every image you receive meets my full editing standard and storytelling quality. If you need your gallery sooner for announcements or sharing, I offer rush delivery within 2 days for $250 — just let me know during booking or right after the event.
07. What’s the turnaround time for the full gallery?
Your gallery will be ready within 14 days. If you need it sooner, I offer rush delivery in 2 days for $250.
08. What’s your editing style?
Clean, bright, and natural — I enhance lighting, color, and tones while preserving the authenticity of the moment. I want your event to look timeless and true-to-life.
09. Do you bring lighting equipment?
Yes — I bring portable lighting and on-location flash if the space calls for it, especially for indoor or evening events.
10. What if we need more time during the event?

Absolutely! I always leave time for group shots, posed portraits, or important combinations you’d like to capture.
12. How far will you travel?
Travel is included within 10 miles of MD 20902. Beyond that, a 15% fee per additional 5 miles will apply. I’m happy to travel further — just let me know the location for a custom quote.
13. Do you offer video coverage for events?
I don’t offer full video coverage, but I do offer an add-on of short, unedited 4K video clips — perfect for behind-the-scenes content, reels, or stories.
You’ll receive 10–15 raw clips, each around 20–30 seconds, delivered straight from the camera (no editing).
This add-on is available for $150.
If you’re looking for a full highlight video or edited film, I’d be happy to refer a trusted local videographer.
14. What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations made at least 21 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 21 days are subject to a $250 fee. If made within 24 hours, a $350 fee applies. Reschedules follow the same structure — please reach out as early as possible if changes are needed.
